How hiring works here
Freeposts stays deliberately small. We don't post openings on job boards, run recruiting pipelines, or hire ahead of need. When a venture grows to the point where it needs another set of hands, we reach out to people we already know — which is exactly why it's worth introducing yourself early.

Product engineer
Full-stack, TypeScript-leaning, comfortable owning a feature from idea to shipped. Cares whether it's good, not just whether it's done.
Product designer
Interface systems, typography, and motion. Can make a small app feel considered without making it feel precious.
Writer
Explains complicated things — money, especially — in plain language people actually want to read.
