Freeposts LLC Privacy Policy

Privacy policy.

Effective July 15, 2026

The short version: this website collects almost nothing. We don't run analytics, we don't set tracking cookies, and we don't sell data — because we don't have any to sell.

01Scope

This policy describes how Freeposts LLC ("Freeposts," "we," "us") handles information in connection with the website at freepostsllc.com (the "Site"). It covers the Site only. Any software products we release will have their own privacy policies, presented within those products, covering the data they handle.

02What we collect

The Site is a static informational website. It has no accounts, no sign-up forms, and no analytics or advertising scripts. The information involved in your visit is limited to:

03Cookies

The Site does not set cookies, and we do not use tracking pixels, fingerprinting, or similar technologies.

04How we use information

We use the limited information above only to operate and secure the Site and to respond to people who contact us. We do not use it for advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making.

05Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We share information only with the service providers that make the Site work (hosting and font delivery, as described above), or if required to comply with law, enforce our rights, or protect the safety of others.

06Retention

Server logs are retained on our hosting provider's standard schedule. Email correspondence is kept as long as it's useful for the relationship or required for legal and business records, then deleted.

07Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. Since the only personal information we typically hold is email correspondence, the simplest path is to email us and ask — we'll handle it directly. Contact support@freepostsllc.com with "Privacy" in the subject line.

08Children

The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email us and we will delete it.

09Changes to this policy

If our practices change — for example, when a product launches — we will update this policy and revise the "Effective" date above. Material changes will be noted plainly at the top of this page.
