These Terms cover the Site only. Any software products we release are governed by their own terms, presented within those products.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Marion County, Indiana, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
