We build, then we run.
Freeposts designs, ships, and operates its own software products — nothing for hire, nothing on spec.
The model
Freeposts is a holding company, not a studio. Each product we make is a venture we own outright and operate for the long haul. We don't take client work, we don't build for other companies, and we don't flip products for a quick exit. The incentive is simple: if we have to live with what we build, we build it carefully.
How a venture gets made
Every venture starts as a real problem someone actually has, gets scoped down until a small team can build it well, and ships only when it's genuinely useful. After launch, we keep operating it — support, maintenance, and steady improvement are part of the job, not an afterthought.
